• For a stock option exercise transaction, a market price type is a request that the stock acquired through the exercise of the option be sold at the best price available in the market at the time of the sale.
• For a sell request transaction, a sell request price type placed on the execution of a sell request. A market sell request requires that the best price in the current market at the time your sell request executes is used to sell a stock.
