ABA Number
American Bankers Association Number. A nine-digit numeric standard used to identify a unique US financial institution during electronic fund transfers involving US Dollars (USD).

Accrued Cash Dividend
The total cash amount accrued for a given vesting period.

Acquisition Price/Share
This represents the actual dollar price, inclusive of costs associated with purchases (such as fees), you paid per share and does not include any of the adjustments (e.g., corporate actions like mergers) required to calculate cost basis.

The type of transaction requested.

Additional Federal Tax Withholding Amount
For stock option exercise transactions, this is the dollar amount you indicated you wanted withheld in addition to the required federal tax amount. This amount can be combined with your federal tax rate election.

All or None
A condition that can be placed on a sell request requiring that the entire request be filled or no part of it. Note that sell requests with the all or none condition are the lowest priority sell requests on the market floor because of the restrictions that they bear. Some stocks may require a minimum of two round lots (generally, one round lot is 100 shares) when placing a sell request with the All or None condition. All or None/Do Not Reduce (AON/DNR)
A condition that can be placed on a sell request requiring that the sell request can only be used as a Good 'til Cancel limit sell request. Additionally, sell requests with the AON/DNR condition: - are not affected by reverse stock splits - are allowed for most stocks - are the lowest priority on the market floor because of the restrictions that they bear - Some stocks may require a minimum of two round lots (generally, one round lot is 100 shares) when placing a sell request with the AON/DNR condition. Amount Available
The amount available for you to withdraw from your Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

Automatic Re-enrollment
The procedure by which a plan participant's payroll deduction amount is automatically carried over from the current offering period to the next offering period. Payroll deduction amounts will continue to be withheld for any subsequent offering period based on the most current offering period election. Participants may suspend their payroll deduction withholding at any time by reducing their payroll deduction amount to zero.

Available Quantity
This is the current number of shares in a tax lot. This field displays on the Tax Lots Choose Specific Shares and Tax Lots Specified Lot Detail screens. The number of tax lot shares you specify cannot be greater than the Available Quantity.
