How do I know if I need identity theft or account security assistance?
- If you have received a letter from Fidelity asking you to contact us related to potential account compromises
- If you receive any emails related to account changes or transactions that you did not process
- If you have knowledge of anyone other than yourself trying to access your account
- If you are a victim of identity theft and want to discuss what precautions can be taken related to your Fidelity accounts
- If you detect any errors or discrepancies, or suspect unauthorized activity in your account
What support is available on the weekends?
Weekend phone support is limited to inquiries related to account security. The weekend support team is able to discuss ways to protect your account from potential fraudulent activity. Depending on the circumstances, follow up may be needed during normal business hours during the week.
Any general plan questions or transactions must be done either online (at any time) or over the phone through your plan's specific toll-free number Monday-Friday during your normal plan operating hours.
Please note: transactions completed online will not process until the next available Market Close.
