This feature involves the one-time transmission of a security code to you through your phone. The code is necessary to verify your identity. The voice or text message that delivers your security code is a one- time user initiated message. They are available continuously from Sunday 5pm to Friday midnight Eastern Time. Your ability to perform certain transactions online may be limited by technical constraints or other limitations present in your equipment and access devices.
