Welcome to your Disney benefits!
New employees and Cast Members must enroll within 31 days of becoming eligible. If you do not enroll by the deadline shown on your Personal Fact Sheet or on the NetBenefits enrollment site, you will be enrolled in default coverage. Note: You must enroll in your 2024 benefits prior to enrolling in your 2025 benefits. 2025 Benefits Enrollment is October 17–November 1.
