To view SBCs during Benefits Enrollment, while experiencing a qualified life event or if you are newly eligible:
- Under Your Health Benefits - Medical, select Review
- Select the More Plan Details link for the option you wish to view
- Select Summary of Benefits and Coverage

The Pension Protection Act of 2006 requires administrators of defined benefit pension plans to post the basic plan and actuarial information which is part of the Plan's annual Form 5500 filing.

Pension Protection Act - Annual Funding Notices for 2023 Plan Year and Notice of Statement Availability
The Pension Protection Act of 2006 requires administrators of defined benefit pension plans to provide an annual notice to participants which includes, among other things, the plan's funding percentage, a statement of the value of the plan's assets and liabilities and a description of how the plan's assets are invested. A notice of your right to request a pension estimate is also provided here.
