Get started with your Disney benefits

Disney supports your and your family's well-being by providing a wide range of benefit options and resources.

To take advantage, the first thing you need to do is register for D Life | My Benefits.

About 3-5 days after your date of hire, you’ll receive eligibility information from Fidelity Investments®, Disney's benefits administrator. Once received, you can register with D Life | My Benefits by selecting the "New User Registration" link. Enter the last four digits of your Social Security number, your first and last name, and your date of birth, then create your username and password.

Don’t wait—enroll today!

New employees and Cast Members must enroll within 31 days of becoming eligible. Outside of Annual Benefits Enrollment you can only change your benefit elections within 31 days after a qualified life event.*


*If you do not enroll by the deadline shown on your Personal Fact Sheet or on the NetBenefits enrollment site, you will be enrolled in default coverage. Your next opportunity to elect coverage will be during Annual Benefits Enrollment in the fall for coverage effective the following January.
