Take action

  • Enroll in your benefits by the deadline
Your enrollment deadline is generally 31 days after your date of hire, unless a waiting period applies. The deadline is shown on your Personal Fact Sheet and/or on the enrollment site on NetBenefits®. You can print a confirmation of your enrollment through NetBenefits or view your ID card on your health care provider’s mobile app if you need care before your ID cards arrive in the mail.
If you do not enroll by your deadline, you will be enrolled in default coverage. Your next opportunity to elect coverage will be during Annual Benefits Enrollment in the fall for coverage effective the following January.
  • Talk to ALEX
While in NetBenefits, use the ALEX® tool for help deciding which options may be best for you and your budget
  • Ensure you have a primary doctor and specialists who are in-network
A primary doctor is required for HMO medical options and encouraged for other medical options
  • Earn 2021 wellness rewards
When you enroll in a Disney medical option, you can earn up to $300 each for you and your enrolled spouse/domestic partner—up to $600 total.
