*If you're a resident of an eligible Central Florida ZIP code, Cigna HMO is not available to you. Instead, you have two HMO medical options: AdventHealth CastCare and Orlando Health Cast Advantage.

For other reward programs, official program policies will apply. Enrollment details
2021 Benefits Enrollment has ended. You will not be able to enroll or make any changes to your 2021 benefits unless you experience a qualified life event during the plan year. Remember you must re-enroll in the FSAs each year during Benefits Enrollment.
For additional information, review your Summary Plan Descriptions for the plan(s) at D Life │ My Benefits (Benefits.Disney.com or access sample SPDs in the Reference Library on the NetBenefits website.
The Company periodically audits its plan enrollment to make sure only eligible dependents are covered. If you have a change in family status during the year, call the Disney Benefits Center at 1-800-354-3970.
