Counseling
When life starts to feel challenging, it can be helpful to talk with someone.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Through the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Disney employees and Cast Members and their dependents and household members get ten free and confidential visits (per topic) with a licensed professional—even if they are not enrolled in Disney benefits. Support is available 24/7.
Get help with topics such as stress reduction, communication with friends and family, substance abuse (including teens and alcohol use), issues faced by new parents, eating disorders, sleep habits, relationship issues, life and job satisfaction.
For more information about your EAP benefits, call 1-800-952-6676 (Spanish language assistance is available) or visit myCigna.com. You can also access the EAP and other emotional well-being resources by logging in to Disney CareConnect.

EAP ENHANCEMENTS BEGINNING IN 2026:
Care Navigation: Talk to real people who can provide 24/7/365 concierge-level support, which includes 100% follow-up with a dedicated care navigator via telephone, email, or chat. Services include provider matching and scheduling. In the moment counseling: Need help in the moment? Receive up to 60 minutes with a licensed clinician available when your emotional well-being needs immediate attention. Digital Resources: Access other virtual mental health solutions at no additional cost to you or your household member. It’s all covered through EAP. |
For situations involving complex, ongoing, or urgent mental health needs, it’s best to reach out to your medical plan provider directly rather than contacting the EAP. Your health plan can connect you to a variety of additional resources, such as peer support groups and medication-assisted treatment options.
