It’s that time of year, again: Annual Benefits Enrollment. With only a few special exceptions, Annual Benefits Enrollment is the only time during the year that you can make changes to your benefits. And the clock is ticking! At 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (8:59 p.m. Pacific Time) on November 1, Annual Benefits Enrollment ends, and your choices are locked in for the following year. |

What you need to do
- If you’re a Disney employee, stop right here and log in to review information about your current benefit elections and other plans you’re eligible for. If you’re the spouse or partner of a Disney employee, read on—but sit down together another time and have them log in.
- Consider if what you need from your benefits has changed over the past year. Maybe different choices are best for 2025. Or maybe not! Just make sure you review your options.
- Once you’ve made up your mind, go to NetBenefits and enroll.
The deadline to enroll is Friday, November 1. If you don’t enroll, or you make changes to your elections but don’t submit them, you’ll be automatically reenrolled in your 2024 choices—except for Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs). If you’re eligible for and enrolled in an FSA now, you must reenroll again to have one again in 2025.
Other things to consider
- Dependents: Who do you need to cover? Find out who’s eligible.
- Retirement savings: If you’re eligible to contribute to a Disney retirement plan, do you want to increase your contribution amount?
- Beneficiaries: Have you designated a person to receive your benefits in case something happens to you? If not, make sure you get on that. If you’re eligible for them, your life and AD&D benefits, retirement accounts, and HSA balances all require separate beneficiary elections.
