Disney CareConnect, powered by Evernorth, is designed to help you and your family* improve your well-being. Use the app to:

  • Look for emotional well-being resources. Connect with the Employee Assistance Program for in-the-moment mental health coaching sessions and for appointment assistance.
  • Chat with someone about your health and well-being questions. Chat in the app with a Care Guide, who is familiar with your Disney benefits. If you want to take the conversation to the phone, you can do that too.
  • Participate in challenges to help you improve your physical health. Find more details on the app.
