Disney has partnered with Inflection, an on-demand digital education platform, to support you and up to three additional family members or friends in navigating life’s challenging moments.* Membership includes confidential access to expert-led courses through FertilityIQ, MenopauseIQ, and SensitivityIQ and now also DivorceIQ, ElderCareIQ, EndofLifeIQ—at zero cost to you.
FertilityIQ
Provides education for employees and Cast Members on the family-building journey—regardless of gender, orientation, race, geography, diagnosis, or goals.
Topics include fertility 101, reproductive diagnoses, IVF and fertility treatments, egg freezing, and LGBTQ+ family building.
MenopauseIQ
Equips perimenopausal and menopausal women with resources to thrive in the next chapter of their lives.

Offers compassionate, expert-led courses designed to help you navigate the legal, financial, and emotional challenges of divorce, empowering you to build a strong next chapter. Navigating divorce is never easy, but the right support can make all the difference.
ElderCareIQ and EndofLifeIQ
Supports those caring for aging loved ones or preparing for end-of-life transitions. It can be hard to know where to start or how to navigate this stage—but you’re not alone.
Training topics include navigating the legal, financial, and emotional responsibilities that come along with being a caretaker.
