Take the time you need.
Disney provides Sick or Care Time, and, when necessary, leaves of absence so you can focus on life away from work. You may also have job protection under federal law via the Family and Medical Leave Act when you’re ill or caring for someone in your family.
Talk through it.
This isn’t the time to battle through it alone. The Cigna Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a great first step. You and your loved one each have up to 10 free counseling sessions with a licensed professional. Plus, the EAP can make referrals to licensed mental health professionals in your community if clinical help is necessary.
