Getting things back on track is easier when you have the support of a licensed professional. You and your family members each have 10 no-cost visits per year with counselors via the Cigna Employee Assistance Program (EAP). They can offer guidance, next steps, and referrals to substance use treatment facilities in your community. Schedule an appointment by calling 1-800-952-6676 or visiting the Cigna EAP website for Disney employees and Cast Members. Note: For complex, ongoing, or urgent needs, skip the EAP and reach out directly to your medical plan provider.
