If you are enrolled in a Disney medical option for 2026, you have until December 31, 2026, to earn $300 in wellness rewards deposited to your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Health Reimbursement Account (HRA). Enrolled spouses/partners can earn wellness rewards, too—bringing your potential total to $600! There are two ways to earn your wellness rewards. |

Get a preventive exam or cancer screening
Preventive care is an annual exam or routine screening provided to you when you have no symptoms or are not being treated for a diagnosed disease. Good health starts with preventive care that can identify risks and minor health issues before they become serious. Plus, you can save money!
Qualifying exams and screenings include:
- Preventive exam (routine physical exam)
- OB/GYN exam
- Cervical cancer screening (Pap or HPV test)
- Colon screening (may include prescribed at-home testing)
- Mammogram
- Prostate screening
- Skin cancer screening
Note: Standalone vaccines or flu shots are not qualifying activities.
How it works
If you're enrolled in a Cigna medical plan option, you will automatically qualify for your reward when your claim is processed.
If you're enrolled in a Kaiser or HMSA medical option through Disney, download and print the Preventive Screening Form (also available in Spanish) to take with you to your doctor's appointment. Once the form is submitted to Cigna (the administrator of the Wellness Rewards Program), you will qualify for your reward.

How it works
Once you’ve logged in to your Disney CareConnect account, go to Explore Wellness & Rewards > Activities > Journeys. Journeys may also be accessed through a recommendation on the home page.
After completing a journey, you will automatically qualify for your reward.
